Here are some yummy Pineapple Recipes and Ideas that will not only make your tummy happy, but help reduce the appearance of cellulite on your body by making your fat cells release their fat thus, causing your skin to appear smoother!

1. Canned Pineapple Chunks (OK, this isn’t a recipe but we love it this way!)
Open a can of Pineapple, pour it in a bowl and refrigerate. Eat 1/2 Cup with meals. (So Cool and Refreshing!)
2. Broiled Pineapple With Brown Sugar or Cinnamon
Core Pineapple and slice into quarters. Place on baking sheet covered with foil and put under broiler for about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and rub about a teaspoon of Brown Sugar or Cinnamon onto each quarter. Enjoy!
3. Pineapple And Friends Smoothie
Combine Pineapple Chunks and Oranges, Mangos, or any other orange and yellow fruit in blender. Add Ice, 1 Cup Vanilla low-fat Yogurt and 1/3 Cup of Milk to blend into a yummy Smoothie.
4. Tropical Pineapple Smoothie (Close your eyes, sip this and pretend you’re in Hawaii)
Combine 8 oz Crushed Pineapple, 1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice, 1 Cup Fat Free Milk, 3 Tbsps Sugar, 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1/4 tsp Coconut Extract and about 6 Ice Cubes in blender and mix.
5. Pineapple With Cottage Cheese
Place Pineapple Chunks over Cottage Cheese. Sprinkle a little Cinnamon on top if desired.
6. Pineapple Kabobs
Stack fresh or canned Pineapple Chunks on Kabob Sticks. Eat cold or pop them on the grill for a few minutes.
7. Pineapple Burgers
Grill Pineapple Slices and put on top of Hamburgers, Pork Chops or Chicken.
8. Pineapple Pizza
Make your favorite Pizza and add Pineapple Chunks.
9. Sweet and Zesty Stir Fry
Add diced Pineapple, Broccoli, Mushrooms, Onions, Snow Peas, Bell Peppers and a little Olive Oil to Wok or Skillet. Cook on high and heat thoroughly.
10. Pineapple in Salsa
Mix together 2 Cups chopped fresh Pineapple, 1 Cup chopped Green and/or Red Bell Peppers, 1/2 Cup chopped Sweet Onion, 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice, 3 Tbs chopped Cilantro, and 1 to 2 Fresh Jalapeño Peppers.
